Therefore, the concept of Dashboard Leadership implementing a SOUL component became a vital necessity. Managers simply dont have time to worry about operations. People-Focused Leadership - A Dashboard Necessity

 

Using our “Average Performance Range and Index” (APRI) based, part of our Dashboard Leadership, SOUL based architecture, a manager knows when to step in, why and what direction to take to gain the highest yield. This approach eliminates wasted time. Our SOUL based  Leadership Dashboard allows you to have a green, yellow and red system of alert. Every element you track, whether it's a single task or a division, can deploy a three light system. Each element can be selected to use the Predictive Metric algorithms, again based on APRI mathematics. A green light indicates that the team can successfully meet business needs within the time and money constraints defined. A red light indicates that the team's forecast is that they can not successfully meet business needs. Based on the APRI level selected, this forecast has high and low parameters. Optionally, a history of why red light could not be mitigated to become green can be recorded for future lessons learned.

 

Red lights support proactive behavior. When a manager sees a red light roll-up for a project, he or she can zoom down to the activity or activities, uncover why the issues were not resolved and step in to efficiently influence the outcome. A yellow light indicates risks given the parameters of the APRI used. Based on the managers preference, he or she can investigate and resolve any risks resulting in green lighted leadership dashboard.

 

Combining this SOUL based Dashboard Leadership approach with the forecasting power of Predictive Metrics algorithms available in u2 Leadership, managers spend less time reacting and worrying about issues and more time proactively solving problems.
