Nailing deadlines using technology is our specialty:


It goes back two decades ago. It started with a vision to give managers an edge to manage projects with greater knowledge, working smarter, not harder. We created a simple algorithm we call “Average Performance Range and Index” (APRI) that has advanced the work in the field of Statistical Process Control (SPC). This technology was built in the field to eliminate risk, gain cooperation, meet demands and increase productivity. There's no magic, only thought, practice and experience. When combined with SOUL, it provides a powerful catalyst to an organization's growth.


The final result was putting the proven APRI structure, combined with SOUL using our Alignment Technology, into  "smart" template "plug and play" approach to give managers greater knowledge and visibility into meeting deadlines reliably. The APRI mathematics has also been applied to a basic project management principle called Critical Path analysis. The critical path being that sequence of tasks where if one task was late, it would cause all the other tasks preceding it to be late, eventually causing a deadline to be missed.


The APRI structure, using the Alignment Technology, turned the Critical Path Method (CPM) of analysis, developed over 50 years ago, into the Critical Task Method (CTM) of analysis. The Critical Task Method focuses on what tasks are the most critical along the critical path of a project. Knowing what tasks to objectively focus on first gives a manager an APRI. Using the APRI and SOUL linked using our powerful Alignment Technology also gives a manager objective insight into assuring that the critical path was always reliably executed. This unique approach prepares a team to handle the unforeseen during task execution. Ensuring critical tasks along the critical path could be implemented reliably and having teams know how to handle the unforeseen gave any manager an decisive edge in nailing deadlines.


We kept developing and refining the Alignment Technology with APRI and SOUL to provide you with unprecedented visibility and control in reliably meeting deadlines. Combining SOUL with APRI, our greatest achievement was to integrate Quality of Life principles into the Critical Task Method algorithm. At that point, managers and teams were able to work together more effectively. We have proven that we are about providing your business and your employees with a service that will cause growth, health and abundance as an organizational whole.
